As far as updates are concerned, seems on the main DLsite page, they mentioned there are planned updates, I believe for future sex scenes and content.

I liked this game...
Tho the main course is a harem but each one of the characters doesn't feel left out and gets fair treatment. So, we can leisurely pick who we like the most and have the same scenes.

I'm actually happy the protagonist on their first game is actually in playable in this installment. NGL.
Ofc, the returning characters is a + too.

Judging by the story flows, this installment seems to be taking part on a different/parallel timeline. It's story might directly connected with the second game, maybe(?)

Considering a grown up Naju (Najuna if used with MTL) from Gran Ende II appears it should be directly connected. Some bad peeps are still artifically making those crystals that spawns monsters just like in previous games.
